Day 1: Arrive in Marrakech
We will welcome you at Marrakech airport and we will transfer you to your riad. Dinner and night
Day 2: Marrakech – Aït ben haddou – Zagora
Departure to Marrakech at 8:00 am. towards Zagora, we cross the spectacular High Atlas mountains via Tizi n tichka 2260m, enjoying its beautiful panoramic views, then we will visit the village of Telouet and the Kasbah of Glaoui, from there we continue via the Ounila valley to reach the Ait ben haddou kasbah, which you will visit with a local guide, then our journey to the desert will continue through Ouarzazate, to join the road to the Draa Valley. We stop to take photos in Ait Saouen, then we drive towards Agdz, we will visit the kasbah of Tamnougalt, and we will follow the Draa valley towards Zagora, here you admire the large palm grove. Dinner and night in a local hotel.
Day 3: Zagora – Taghbalt – Tafraout Sidi Ali
Let’s cross desert landscapes to enter a Paris Dakar rally track, it is also the route of caravans coming from the south of the Sahara to sell their goods in Rissani, the great souk of Tafilalt. you admire the charm of desert. We will spend the night in a local hotel in Tafraout Sidi Ali with dinner.
Day 4: Tafraout sidi Ali – Merzouga
After breakfast we will follow the sandy landscapes, Ramlia, and Ouzina discovery of the sand dunes, we stop at Taouz to visit the rock carvings, and continue to Khamliya a village where you will discover the music of the Gnaoua, then we will go to Merzouga, for a camel ride, exploring the dunes, enjoying the sunset in the dunes of Erg Chebbi, sleeping at the bivouac in nomadic tents.
Day 5: Merzouga – Erfoud – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges
In the morning you enjoy the sunrise in the dunes! breakfast, and we ride a camel to Merzouga, we continue to Rissani, visit the Molay Ali Chrif Alaoui mausoleum, then we will continue to Erfoud, visit the fossil museum, then our journey in the desert will take us to discover from the oases and kasbahs of the south to the east of Morocco, pass by Jorf, and Tinjdad, we stop in the palm grove of Todra to take photos, and we have lunch at the Todra gorges. In the afternoon we go to Boumalne via Tinghir. We will take beautiful photos of the Dades Valley. Dinner and night at the inhabitant in Dadès.
Day 6: Dades Gorges – Kelaa Mgouna – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
We return to Marrakech. We will follow the Dades valley to reach the city of roses, visit the cosmetics stores, then we will cross the valley of Roses with its beautiful fields, towards Skoura, visit the kasbah Amridil, then we will cross the city of Ouarzazate, with a stop in front of the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas studios. Then cross the High Atlas mountains to arrive at the end of the day in Marrakech.
Day 7: Marrakech guided tour
Breakfast and meeting with your local guide who will accompany you to explore the historic sites of Marrakech, you will avoid the Bahia palaces, the Jewish quarter, the Badi palace, the Sadian tombs, the Kotobia and Menara gardens… the school Ben Youssef. Dinner and night in your riad.
Day 8: Departure
We transfer you to Marrakech airport.
