Day 1: Casablanca – Meknes – Fes
Let’s leave from Casablanca to Fes, via Rabat, and Meknes. in Rabat we will visit the Kasbah of the Oudayas and the Hassan Tower, then we will leave for Meknes, here we will visit the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Chrif Alaoui. Then we will continue to Fes, dinner and night in a Riad.
Day 2: Fes – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
We will go to the desert of Merzouga, after your breakfast. Enjoying the beautiful landscapes of the Myen Atlas, let’s cross the cedar forest of Azrou, see the monkeys in the forest, then continue to Merzouga. Stop at Erfoud to see the fossil museum. Then continue to Merzouga! You leave on the back of camels to spend the night at the camp. Dinner and night.
Day 3: Merzouga
Admire the magnificent sunrise in the dunes!
Today we enjoy the best of Merzouga on a guided desert excursion. You will explore the dunes of the Sahara in 4×4, we will visit the village of Khamlia and here we will listen to the famous Gnawa music. then we continue to Taouz to see the rock carvings. In the afternoon, we ride camels to the desert camp in the Sahara. The camel trek led by an experienced camel guide will take about 1 hour and at the end we reach Merzouga camp and spend the night here after watching the sunset and having a Berber dinner. You listen to the music of Berber drums.
Day 4: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Imilchil – Casablanca
Back to Casablanca, We leave for the Todra gorges, passing through Alnif and Tinghir, take beautiful photos in the palm grove, then we will visit the Todra gorges and continue our way to Imilchil, a Berber village where the annual collective wedding festival takes place. From there we continue our journey to Casablanca with photo stops on the way. We will drop you off at your accommodation in Casablanca.
