Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
Journey to Marrakech through the Merzouga desert. We will cross the majestic and spectacular landscapes of the Middle Atlas Mountains, then cross the Ziz valley and the Erfoud gorges to reach the Merzouga dunes. The camel guide will lead you on a camel ride, explore the sand sea to arrive at the camp in the Sahara, admire the beautiful sunset over the dunes, spend a quiet night at the camp in nomad tents.
Day 2: Merzouga – Todra gorges – Dades gorges
Breakfast the we ride camels towards Merzouga, let’s go towards Rissani, here you will visit the molay ali chrif Aloui mausoleum, and we continue towards Todra gorges, admire the palm grove of Todra, with these beautiful Berber villages, lunch in the gorges, then we will cross the city Tinghir and the village Timadrouine to get to boumalne, here you take beautiful pictures of the dandes valley. Dinner and night in a local hotel in Dades.
Day 3: Dades goregs – Vallee Roses – Palmeraie Skoura – Ouarzazaate – The historic Kasbah – High Atlas – Marrakech
Today’s stage of this magnificent trip from Fes to Marrakech will take us to discover the Dades valley with these beautiful fields of rosebushes and fig trees… then we stop at Kelaa Mgouna to discover locally made rose products , then we will cross the valley of roses towards the palm grove of Skoura, then towards Ouarzazate, We stop to take photos of Kasbah Taourirt, and the studios of Atlas. Then we arrive at Ait ben haddou, a beautiful village of high Atlas including the famous kasbah which the UNESCO world heritage. Visit the kasbah and we will cross the Ounila valley following the old track of the spice caravans towards Telouet, visit the Glaoui kasbah and continue towards Marrakech via the high atlas mountains enjoying the panoramic views of the Atlas. 3 Days Fes to Marrakech Desert Trip ends.
